What is the minimum length of time I have to sign up for?

12 Weeks, but most clients continue until they have reached their goals.

How often do I come in for personal training sessions each week?

Minimum 1 session a week but up to 4 per week if required. 

How long are the training sessions?

1 Hour.

Is this programme OK for someone who has never used the gym or for a beginner?

Yes - we guide you through everything.

What happens if I'm away?

The time missed will be added on to the end.

Do you write my training programmes?

Yes, all programmes are unique to you and I change them every 3 to 4 weeks to ensure progression.

I have an injury, can I still start?

Yes of course, all training plans are designed around any limitations or injures. 

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

No, as long as you have access to some basic equipment at home.

How much is a personal training session?

I dont offer pay per session, as you either select 6 or 12 weeks in advance.

Can I purchase more than 12 weeks?

Yes you can. We have 24 weeks and yearly packages available.

How much does bespoke online personal training cost?

As online personal training is bespoke to every client, prices will vary. We discuss everything during your 1 to 1 consultation when I can tell you exactly what the cost and timescale will be based on your requirments.

Do you guide me through nutrition?

Yes, I help you with nutrition, not with just fat loss but health and performance too.

Is nutrition based around calorie counting?

This is one system we use but we use various nutrition strategies depending on your needs. 

Do you cater for vegans?

We do, and have many vegan/vegetarian recipes available.

I have food allergies can I start?

Yes, we dont say you have to eat certain foods or take out certain food groups. 

Do you have recipes?

We have thousands of recipes available with breakdown of calories and macros.

How do we track progress?

Regular weigh-ins, body fat analysis and other forms of measurements.

How often do you take my measurements?

Weigh-in Weekly / Others fortnightly

Do I get access to PT Champion?

All face to face and on line clients have full access.

Do I have to add my measurements to PT Champion?

Face to face clients, no as I add all data. Online clients, yes.

I am not good with technology can I still sign up?

Yes, your trainer adds the data and can send programmes etc. through PDF documents.
