Online Training provides a minimum 12 weeks personal training experience which includes Training, Nutrition and a Lifestyle Focus Program aimed at achieving the best possible results.

With my constant support you will learn how to achieve your results and more importantly how to maintain your progress over the long term.

All online training is bespoke to you and you have full access to my app which is where all your resources will be.

I will create results focused training plans for you, a nutrition strategy that fits your lifestyle, with recipes available as well as a system which keeps you accountable, with me as your dedicated Personal Trainer to guide you through the process.

All resources are available 24/7 on my easy to use app - 'PT Champion'.

How do I book a free phone consultation?

Complete the enrolment form on this page and tell me which times suit you best. I'll get back in touch to schedule your phone consultation.

How do you know my goals?

You will receive two questionnaires which will help me understand all your fitness goals and needs. As well as discussing in the consultation.

What is the minimum time length of time I need to soon up for?

12 weeks but most clients continue until they have reached their goals.

How of often are the zoom calls?

Depending on the option you choose, either weekly or monthly. A call will usually last around 30 minutes.

Do we need to use zoom?

No we can use another platforms if needed.

I don’t like putting myself on video calls?

Not an issue, we can always book a phone call or I can send a voice note with feedback instead

When would the 12 weeks start?

After your first zoom call/voice note.

I have an injury can I still start?

Yes of course, all training plans are designed around limitations or injuries.

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

No, as long as you have access to some basic equipment at home. 

Is online training ok for a beginner

Yes, as I plan and structure nutrition and training plans depending on experience 

How often will I need to commit to exercise?

Depends on the client but 2-5 times a week.

Will I get full support?

Yes, not just in your training sessions but I keep in touch throughout the week as well.

Can I purchase more than 12 weeks?

Yes you can. We have 24 weeks and yearly packages available.

Do you guide me through nutrition?

Yes, I help you with nutrition, not with just fat loss but health and performance too.

Is nutrition based around calorie counting?

This is one system we use but we use various nutrition strategies depending on your needs. 

Do you cater for vegans?

We do, and have many vegan/vegetarian recipes available.

I have food allergies can I start?

Yes, we dont say you have to eat certain foods or take out certain food groups. 

Do you have recipes?

We have thousands of recipes available with breakdown of calories and macros.

How do we track progress?

Regular weigh-ins, body fat analysis and other forms of measurements.

How often do you take my measurements?

Weigh-in Weekly / Others fortnightly

Do I get access to PT Champion?

All face to face and on line clients have full access.

Do I have to add my measurements to PT Champion?

Face to face clients, no as I add all data. Online clients, yes.

I am not good with technology can I still sign up?

Yes, your trainer adds the data and can send programmes etc. through PDF documents.
