After seeing a couple of photo-shoots shown on my social media, Kat decided she fancied the challenge.

In just 12 weeks Kat lost an impressive 11kg, improved her body composition, created a routine into her everyday life, and now is the lightest she has been in years.

Just like all my 12 week programs, we don’t just focus on the scales, we also focus on increasing strength, improving fitness and creating good habits. Kat managed this and more.

Kat's Review:

Dave ThumbDave's transformation has been quite incredible. We started working together at the start of 2022 and got straight to work following a structured training plan.

Dave has a no-nonsense attitude towards training, and reaps the rewards. “I am not here to mess about, I want to get the work done and go,” was one of the first things he said to me, and he certainly keeps to his word. At the gym door at 6am, raring to get his training in before he starts his working day.

Dave is 11kg heavier now then when he first started. As you can see in the photos there has been an increase in muscle tissue, and the goal from here is to add a bit more, before cutting back for another photo shoot next year.

Dave ThumbRoxy has been a long term client of mine, but alongside her personal training sessions she goes to her regular pole sessions.

After booking a pole photo shoot, she wanted to get in the best shape possible. We got to work, and had a very successful 16 week fat loss stage, dropping 5kgs.

Roxy also got stronger in the process. Having to be strong on the pole, it is important that strength was not lost whilst dieting and I'm happy to say that this was not the case. Roxy even managed to perform some body weight pull-ups, which was always a goal.

It does not stop here. After a well-deserved break from dieting, This year we will be prepping for a another fitness photo shoot.

Dave H“ I want to get in the best shape of my life before I hit 40.”

Dave approached me just before his 40th birthday. He has always been into fitness, and attended gyms and fitness classes. After seeing some results from my clients that he knew, he decided to jump on board with me.

Nutrition was a key factor for Dave, he clearly did not struggle with motivation in the gym. I set him up with his nutritional targets and a personalised training plan and as you can see, he achieved great things.

We had a very good phase 1, dropping a substantial amount of body fat. Although some would have been happy with this, Dave wanted to push himself further.
