Dave H“ I want to get in the best shape of my life before I hit 40.”

Dave approached me just before his 40th birthday. He has always been into fitness, and attended gyms and fitness classes. After seeing some results from my clients that he knew, he decided to jump on board with me.

Nutrition was a key factor for Dave, he clearly did not struggle with motivation in the gym. I set him up with his nutritional targets and a personalised training plan and as you can see, he achieved great things.

We had a very good phase 1, dropping a substantial amount of body fat. Although some would have been happy with this, Dave wanted to push himself further.
